At Studio Arhoj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique handmade items. If your ceramics or glassware aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt.

Initiate Your Return

Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

Pack with Care

Carefully wrap your items in their original packaging and cushioning to ensure they arrive back at our Copenhagen studio without breakage.

Ship the Package

Affix the shipping label and drop the parcel off at your local courier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive Your Refund

Once we inspect the returned items and confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
