Where are your products made?
Every Studio Arhoj piece is designed in Copenhagen. Our ceramics are hand-cast and glazed in our local studio, while our glass items are mouth-blown by skilled artisans.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain items are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand-washing items with special lusters or delicate glazes to preserve their finish.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
Why does my item look different from the photo?
Because our products are handmade and hand-glazed, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in color, shape, and glaze patterns are a celebrated part of the artisanal process.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use eco-friendly, shock-absorbent packaging materials specifically designed for ceramics and glass to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
